Budget Shoppers AEKU disposable range shortlist (Innokin X)
AEKU disposable range advice for Thailand, covering strength guide, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
There is no single best aeku disposable range for everyone in Thailand, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Airflow control on the SMOK Nord is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank.
We spent weeks putting aeku disposable range options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. Expect roughly 400 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
Charging over Micro-USB takes about 48 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 1.2 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the SMOK Nord earns its keep: the 5000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 90 and recharges over Micro-USB.
The 4.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 400 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Delivery across Thailand is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.
The mesh tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 30:70 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 4.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
The build quality on SMOK Nord is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Micro-USB takes about 48 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
Pricing in Thailand shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current THB rates rather than a fixed list price. Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Vanilla Custard: creamy, rich, described as warm vanilla bean with a smooth cream finish. On a 30:70 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.2 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Thailand
Availability in Thailand is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.2 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and THB rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Our advice is to order one, use it for a fortnight, and only then decide whether to stock up.
