How to pick AEKU disposable range in Thailand (v12)
AEKU disposable range advice for Thailand, covering pricing, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium aeku disposable range narrows once you know which components you actually use. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
There is no single best aeku disposable range for everyone in Thailand, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Pricing in Thailand shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current THB rates rather than a fixed list price.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 65:35 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Thailand shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current THB rates rather than a fixed list price.
Charging over Micro-USB takes about 55 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Wismec Reuleaux earns its keep: the 800 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 70 and recharges over Micro-USB.
Comparing this against a 65:35 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 2.5 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 707 full puffs from a charge at 20 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Thailand, availability of the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The wide bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 70, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. Delivery across Thailand is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Blueberry Muffin: creamy, sweet, described as baked blueberry with a soft crumb. On a 65:35 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Thailand
Availability in Thailand is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the Q-Plus matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and THB rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Take the time to get it right the first time; the difference shows up over months of use rather than days.
